Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on all orders as long as the item is in its original and un-worn condition. We accept exchanges up to 30 days after purchasing the item. Items will have to be in their original, new condition. 

In order to start the return or exchange process please measage us at support@deeprupture.com and include a brief statement describing your issue. We will be in contact with you shortly with instructions on where to mail the product.

After we receive your order please allow up to one week to process claim. 

Shipping

We use USPS for most of our shipping and can deliver products anywhere in the country within 3-5 business days using standard shipping!

Note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. If an order is placed during the weekend or holiday it will ship the following business day.
